Philosophy

I’ve chosen the areas of law for my practice which allow me to help everyday people with their legal problems in the way I would want to be helped if I were in their position. Litigation, in particular is extremely stressful and very costly. Sometimes, it is the only way to resolve the issues at hand, other times it is not. With that in mind, I work to help my clients look at their situations in different ways and together, approach the case/matter by comparing the client’s goals with the available processes. This approach frequently allows my clients to resolve their legal matters to their satisfaction, in a way they had never considered and with a sense of peace.
